Treasure Cars vs Barn Finds

Treasure Cars are different from Barn Finds — they have no prerequisites. You can drive to any of them at any point in the game and claim the car immediately. As you approach a Treasure Car's region, Mei will notify you with a clue photo.

How to Locate Treasure Cars

Each region of the Japan map contains exactly one Treasure Car. Drive near the area and watch for Mei's notification. Use Drone Mode (press down then up on D-pad) to scan the area from above — the car will be highlighted. The in-game Treasure Map DLC marks all locations automatically.
